World Vocal Arts Development Committee and CICG Center for Europe and Asia Hold Discussions on Project Cooperation
世界声乐艺术发展委员会与中国外文局中东欧与中南亚传播中心，共商项目合作

北京2026年3月27日电 — 今日，世界声乐艺术发展委员会（WVADC）秘书长徐薪伊到访中国外文局中东欧与中南亚传播中心（人民画报社，CICG Center for Europe and Asia，以下简称CICG Europe-Asia），双方围绕文化艺术国际传播与声乐展演合作举行工作会谈。传播中心相关部门代表出席交流。

Beijing, March 27, 2026 — Today, Xu Xinyi, Secretary-General of the World Vocal Arts Development Committee (WVADC) , visited the Center for Europe and Asia of the China International Communications Group (CICG Center for Europe and Asia, China Pictorial). The two sides held working talks focusing on international communication of culture and arts, as well as cooperation on vocal performance projects. CICG Europe-Asia是面向中东欧、中亚和南亚的具有媒体属性的国际传播综合体，于2021年由成立于1950年的人民画报社和中国外文局相关区域传播资源整合组建而成，拥有覆盖多区域的机构网络与国际传播优势。
世界声乐艺术发展委员会是国际奥艺委员会（WOAC）下设的专业分支机构，致力于推动全球声乐艺术的传承、创新与国际交流。
CICG Center for Europe and Asia is a media-affiliated international communication complex targeting Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Asia. It was established in 2021 through the integration of China Pictorial Publishing House (founded in 1950) and relevant regional communication resources of CICG, boasting a multi-regional institutional network and distinct advantages in international communication.
The World Vocal Arts Development Committee is a professional branch under the World Olymp’Arts Council (WOAC), dedicated to promoting the inheritance, innovation and international exchange of vocal art worldwide.

徐薪伊谈到，赞赏中国外文局中东欧与中南亚传播中心传播中心在跨文化传播领域的专业积淀，长期致力于通过媒体融合与文化交流讲好中国故事，促进区域民心相通。同时系统介绍了世界声乐艺术发展委员会在推动全球声乐艺术普及、支持多元群体艺术实践方面的成果。 并就2026“金色和声”合唱团展演项目的推举规则、展演安排等内容做详细说明，提出邀请CICG Europe-Asia作为本项目协办合作单位，并依托其下属各地机构，组织多支优秀中老年合唱团参与本次全国展演。
Ms. Xu Xinyi expressed her appreciation for the professional accumulation of CICG Center for Europe and Asia in the field of cross-cultural communication, noting that the center has long been committed to telling China’s stories well through media integration and cultural exchanges, and promoting people-to-people connectivity across regions. She also systematically introduced the achievements of the World Vocal Arts Development Committee in promoting the popularization of global vocal art and supporting artistic practices of diverse groups. She provided detailed explanations on the selection rules, competition schedule and international performance plan of the 2026 “Golden Harmony” Choir Performance Project, and extended an invitation to CICG Center for Europe and Asia to serve as a co-organizer of the project, and to organize multiple outstanding middle-aged and senior choirs to participate in the national selection through its subordinate institutions across the country.

CICG Europe-Asia相关负责人对徐薪伊秘书长的到访表示欢迎，表示将依托其覆盖中东欧、中亚及南亚的传播网络与合作机构资源发挥海内外传播作用，协助动员并组织旗下多地合作单位的多支中老年合唱团参与展演。为中老年声乐爱好者搭建高质量展示平台，弘扬积极老龄化的文化理念，通过艺术纽带深化中外民间友好。同时指出“金色和声”项目契合“积极老龄化”“文化养老”的发展方向，兼具社会价值与国际传播价值，双方将加快对接，推动合作落地相关工作。

The relevant person in charge of CICG Center for Europe and Asia welcomed the visit of Secretary-General Xu Xinyi, stating that the center will leverage its communication network and cooperative institutional resources covering Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Asia to play a role in both domestic and international communication, and assist in mobilizing and organizing multiple middle-aged and senior choirs from its cooperative units in various regions to participate in the performance. The center will build a high-quality display platform for middle-aged and senior vocal music enthusiasts, promote the cultural concept of active aging, and deepen people-to-people friendship between China and foreign countries through the bond of art. The person in charge also pointed out that the “Golden Harmony” project aligns with the development direction of “active aging” and “cultural elderly care”, and has both social value and international communication value. The two sides will accelerate docking, promote the implementation of cooperation, and steadily advance relevant work on regional selection.

此次会谈标志着双方在“艺术+传播”领域合作迈出务实一步。双方将细化执行方案，推动展演活动与区域文化特色深度融合，以声乐艺术为媒介，助力中国与中东欧、中亚、南亚地区文明互鉴与情感共鸣，为构建人类命运共同体注入温暖而持久的文化动力。
双方表示，本次合作为“金色和声”项目拓宽了参与渠道，也为项目后续面向中东欧、中南亚的国际传播奠定了基础，未来将共同携手，让中国银发之声唱响世界艺术舞台。

This meeting marks a pragmatic step forward in the cooperation between the two sides in the field of “art + communication”. The two sides will refine the implementation plan, promote the in-depth integration of performance activities with regional cultural characteristics, and take vocal art as a medium to facilitate mutual learning among civilizations and emotional resonance between China and regions in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Asia, so as to inject warm and sustainable cultural impetus into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
The two sides stated that this cooperation has broadened the participation channels for the “Golden Harmony” project and laid a foundation for the subsequent international communication of the project targeting Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Asia. In the future, the two sides will work together to enable the voices of Chinese senior groups to be heard on the world art stage.
