WOAC National / Regional Alliance

The WOAC Alliance is a key component of WOAC, consisting of three main parts: WOAC National / Regional Alliance, WOAC Global Schools Alliance, and WOAC Organizations Alliance. It has a dedicated WOAC Alliance Committee, whose primary task is to integrate artistic resources from various countries, enabling all artists, artistic organizations, and cultural institutions to actively participate in OLYMP’ARTS initiatives.

Each WOAC Alliance Committee must adhere to the principles outlined in the Founding Charter when formulating their own charters, operational mechanisms, and member development. The committee ensures that both the alliance and the WOAC achieve their overall objectives. 

Mission and Goals
The WOAC Alliance Committee aims to establish a global artistic network that encourages artists, cultural organizations, and art institutions from around the world to share experiences and resources, as well as promoting international collaboration across cultures and fields. While expanding the influence of WOAC and the OLYMP’ARTS, the committee seeks to engage more artists from various countries and regions in its initiatives.

奥艺联盟是国际奥艺委员会的重要组成部分，由WOAC国家 / 地区联盟、WOAC全球院校联盟和WOAC组织联盟三个部分组成。其下设有专门的奥艺联盟委员会，该委员会的主要任务在于整合各个国家的艺术资源，使所有艺术家、艺术组织和文化机构均能积极参与OLYMP’ARTS的各项事务。
各奥艺联盟委员会需在制订章程、运行机制及发展成员等方面，遵循《创始宪章》的宗旨，确保联盟以及国际奥艺委员会的整体目标得以实现。

通过建立一个全球性的艺术网络，奥艺联盟委员会旨在鼓励全世界的艺术家和艺术机构、文化组织分享经验和资源，促进跨文化、跨领域的国际合作。在扩展国际奥艺委员会和奥艺大会影响力的同时，吸引更多国家和地区的艺术家参与。

The WOAC National / Regional Alliance is a vital component of the WOAC Alliance, with a dedicated WOAC National Alliance Committee.
Newly elected alliance committees are established by the Alliance committees of respective nations. The Establishment of new committees must be approved by the Executive Committee of WOAC to ensure all members are integrated into the alliance system. The National Alliance Committee aims to globally promote the vibrant development of the OLYMP’ARTS and enhance its worldwide influence.
According to the bylaws of the World Olymp’Arts Council Constitution, the responsibilities of the WOAC National Alliance Committee include:

Promote Global Development
of the OLYMP’ARTS

The committee has the right to recommend and apply for hosting the OLYMP’ARTS event in their respective countries, focusing on local development, recruiting local artists and art enthusiasts, and ensuring broad participation in the event.

Establishing
Academic Authority

The committee aims to establish a high academic and professional authority for the OLYMP’ARTS event and World Olymp’Arts Council.

Building a
Global Artistic Network

The committee will develop networks for artists and art organizations within their country, creating a talent resource pool and taking on academic guidance and evaluation for the OLYMP’ARTS and various competition projects to ensure the activities’ academic nature and authority.

Brand Collaboration

The committee will establish brand partnerships with top art events, activities, exhibitions, commercial entities, and cultural organizations within their country to enhance the visibility and impact of OLYMP’ARTS through local leading brands.

Domestic Activities
and International Exchange

The committee will organize various branded OLYMP’ARTS activities in their country, facilitating cooperation and exchange of international artistic resources based on the alliance platform, ensuring the sustainable development of the OLYMP’ARTS brand, and attracting more public participation through diverse and international activities.

WOAC国家 / 地区联盟是奥艺联盟的重要组成部分，下设有专门的WOAC国家联盟委员会。

新增选的联盟委员会由各国的奥艺联盟委员会负责搭建，并需经国际奥艺委员会（WOAC）执行委员会审核批准，确保所有成员纳入奥艺联盟体系。国家联盟委员会旨在推动OLYMP’ARTS奥艺大会在全球范围内的蓬勃发展，提升OLYMP’ARTS奥艺大会的全球影响力。

于所在国搭建艺术家和艺术组织的网络，构建艺术人才资源库，承担奥艺大会和各类比赛项目的学术指导和评审工作，确保活动项目的学术性和权威性。

OLYMP’ARTS品牌合作

与所在国的顶级艺术赛事、艺术活动、艺术展览、商业机构以及文化组织等建立品牌合作关系，借助当地的顶级品牌提升OLYMP’ARTS的知名度和影响力。

本国活动和国际交流

在本国组织OLYMP’ARTS的各类品牌活动，基于奥艺联盟平台体系，实现国际艺术资源的合作与交流，确保OLYMP’ARTS品牌的可持续发展，通过多样化和国际化的活动形式吸引更多的公众参与。
